Tiny Tinies – Ages 4-5

Tiny Tinies – Ages 4-5 Years Old

Preschool Martial Arts students build skills that help them build body awareness, coordination, balance, and dexterity while being introduced to the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Titan Kids – Ages 6-10

Titan Kids – Ages 6-10 Years Old

Our kids classes keep students moving with drills, games, and partner training that build strength, balance, and endurance.

Teens – Ages 11-16

Teens – Ages 11-16 Years Old

Our structured classes focus grappling and ground control, helping teens develop balance, flexibility, core strength, and problem-solving skills under pressure. They develop self-defense skills and strong personal discipline.

Hero Class – First Responders

Hero Class – All First Responders

All law enforcement, corrections officers, medical first responders, and military. This class was designed and taught by a black belt law enforcement officer.

Adaptive BJJ

Adaptive BJJ (Older, Injured, Disability)

This class is designed to help people who are older, injury or limited physically. Tyler Brey our black belt will teach you how to overcome those challenges. This class is here to support, relieve stress and encourage physical fitness.

Classes are structured, supportive, and hands-on. You'll practice with partners in a safe environment so the techniques become natural and instinctive. Learn to stay calm, react quickly, and protect yourself if needed.

John has more than ten years of experience in Jiu Jitsu and works as a police officer. He specializes in defensive tactics for law enforcement, military personnel, and first responders.

Tyler is passionate about helping others with unique injuries or limitations, focusing on technique and strategy. He's a second-degree black belt under Cassio Werneck and an IFBB bodybuilder.

Dave is a third-degree black belt from the Charles Gracie School in San Francisco, with a wealth of knowledge and a passion for sharing his techniques.

Michelle is a jiu jitsu black belt with more than seven years of teaching experience and a co-founder of the ARES school in Roseville. She's passionate about sharing her knowledge and especially dedicated to helping women grow in the sport of jiu jitsu.

Angel Chavez

Angel Chavez

Kids Assistant Instructor

Angel is a former wrestler from Whitney High School, where he spent four years on the team and took part in wrestling camps at ASU and Chico State. He's passionate about helping kids build confidence both on and off the mat. A graduate of Arizona State University, he holds a B.A. in journalism.
